Return Policy for Defective Products
In the case of a Defective Product, where the right to return it applies according to the law and the warranty policy of the respective manufacturer. The return of the product is accepted when the product being returned is defective due to the fault of the company "E-decor", and in addition, it (packaging) does not bear signs of falling, wear or other damage. In any case, a necessary condition is always the possession and delivery together with the merchandise to be returned of the document issued during the purchase.
Ways to arrange the return of defective products
You have the option of choosing one of the following options: In case you wish to exchange your defective product with another, which at the time of return is available in our Store, you have the option of immediately receiving new merchandise, the same as the returned one or another similar or of a different series
You also have the option of exchanging the returned merchandise with another available from the entire range of products in our store. In case you wish to exchange your product with another, which is not available at the time of return, you have the option of asking the store to procure and deliver you new merchandise, the same as the returned one or another similar or of a different brand. You should take into account that the value of the returned product is not exchanged for money, in case you choose a product with a higher retail price than the returned one, you will have to pay the difference, while finally, in case you choose another product with a retail price lower than the returned one, you are entitled to purchase another product from our Store with the remaining amount or by paying any additional amount.
