At Profilshop.gr, according to existing legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product online within a period of (14) fourteen days.
During this period, which starts from the date of receipt, you have the option of returning the products to our company, provided that they are in their original condition in which they were received without any damage to their packaging and are accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
The costs for the return are borne by the sender/customer. In the event that an error has been made in the shipment or the customer has received a defective product, the costs are borne by our company.
